An Unapologetically Canadian 8-part Strategy Series for Courageous Leadership in the Age of Chaos.

The old rules are cracking. Your leadership is more vital than ever. Wildfires, whistleblowers, algorithmic outrage, and a growing pile of expectations. If you’re a leader in Canada right now, you don’t need a pep talk, you need a resilience strategy with a backbone.

This 8-part training series is made by Canadian leaders, for Canadian leaders, rooted in our values, our politics, and our people.

Whether you’re running a business, leading a nonprofit, managing a team, guiding a board, or pushing for policy change, this series gives you the tools to lead with clarity, courage, and a little Canadian fire.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this 8-part series, you’ll be able to:

  • Reframe Canadian leadership. Understand why true leadership in Canada means more than saying "sorry" and holding the door. It’s about showing up with clarity, courage, and care in the chaos.

  • Identify your leadership orientation. Use the Canadian Leadership Compass Check to reflect on where you naturally lead, from strategy, vision, authenticity, or connection, and where you may need to flex.

  • Spot values under pressure. Name the leadership values that are driving you (and draining you) using the Values Under Pressure Diagnostic, because burnout isn’t a leadership strategy.

  • Debunk polite myths. Explore why “polite” leadership doesn’t cut it in 2025. Learn what it means to lead like a bold, resilient Canadian, whether you're running a board, a business, or a community BBQ.

  • Build change-ready strategy. Apply practical tools like the Equiiti Arc and the Change Readiness Radar to lead through disruption without losing your direction or your team.

  • Navigate conflict with confidence. Use the Calm is a Superpower Method and Conflict Mapping Tool to handle tough conversations and emotional dynamics with clarity, not chaos.

  • Operationalize inclusion. Move beyond buzzwords with hands-on tools to lead equity-informed, values-based work that sticks, even when resources are tight and resistance is high.

  • Stay rooted and resilient. Craft your personal leadership roadmap to stay grounded in your values, prepared for disruption, and ready to grow the kind of impact Canada needs now.

  • And yes, laugh. Because if you’re leading through chaos without a sense of humour, we need to talk.
